My scheduling is flexible.  Call any time (well, any reasonable time!) - if I am working with a client then your call will (hopefully) go to voice mail and I will call you back as soon as I can.  If you are interested in a location photo session then I encourage you to visit my online galleries as well as my print ordering site (larger preview images, explore ordering options) prior to making contact - if you find yourself wishing you were already here then please submit the form.  :)

When referencing a specific image or images, please include the URL and slide number, gallery name or file name.    Note:  you may opt to simply send an email but using this form is best for an initial contact since SPAM filters may delay your message.  

If you are making a photography service request then please provide:

1. a description of your event  (i.e. beach wedding on Tybee Island, Ga; or family vacation portraits, the size of your group)

2. locations, date(s) and time(s) for your event  (i.e. July 4, 2010 afternoon & evening, on Tybee Island)

3. your name, email and phone number(s), best time to call

4. types of services that you are interested in (i.e. complete weekend wedding coverage:  rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception; or informal family portraits in a public park)

5. please mention any discount coupons you might have or if you belong to any of these groups that I offer discounts to: military, law enforcement, fire & rescue, education.

I will not respond to anonymous requests.   If you are making arrangements for a third party then please indicate this with your information (i.e. travel agents, wedding planners  or others assisting clients.)

If you are service shopping then we should have at least one phone conversation before I provide a quote;  it is important for me to understand your photography needs/wishes as well as for me to adequately convey to you what it is that I do (for me the client relationship is the key to creating either custom art or capturing your personal story and involves a bit more than simply pressing the shutter button on the camera...);  I do sometimes decline requests - I am only interested in having happy, satisfied customers so my work starts by confirming that we are a match (can I provide what you are asking for? and do you already like what I do?)  While I do offer discounts in some instances if you are price shopping then I may not be a good match for you; I emphasize service, not print sales.
