What is included in your photography session?

 

Location portraits:

1. For an agreed upon fee and for the amount of time that we agree on I will meet you at your preferred location(s)  and create images of your group.

2. I custom develop the images from your session (usually within a few days.)

3. If you select the on-line print order option then I will upload small preview images to my on-print print order vendor; you can order prints at your convenience.  The vendor offers a 100% satisfaction policy and offers quite a number of popular products beyond prints.  When you order prints I will get a request for print quality images which I then send to the vendor and your photos will be printed and mailed to you within a few days.

4. I  may generate custom, PDF slide shows (which you download from my web site via  a private link.)  The PDF files are designed for 'full screen' viewing and may assist you in selecting images for printing.  The PDF slides are not designed for printing - they may look great on a computer monitor but the quality is not adequate for printing.

5. If you choose the 'download option' (additional fee required) then I will make the custom developed image files available for download via a private web link.  You download the images and either print them on your printer or take them to a local print vendor.

6. I may create a separate set of custom edited images; these might include B&W conversions, sepia or other toning treatments, or other creative alterations of the images.  Custom edits may be ordered via my on-line print vendor and/or they may be available via download for an additional fee.

7. The images may not be used for any commercial purpose without paying for a commercial license from the photographer.  All images are protected by US and international copyright laws.

 

Commercial Photography

1. For the amount of time and fee that we agree on I will  create images of your business, product, or group.

2. Depending upon requirements the images may be available for download.

3. The fee for commercial images usually includes a license for commercial use; this will be specified in our agreement.
